Discover Scuba Diving Experience

Discover what it feels like to breathe underwater, develop some key basic skills and live your first underwater experience. Starting with a short eLearning course, you will learn the basic fundamentals of diving. Your instructor will then review these with you in an introductory session, then make your first confined water dive in a controlled environment to start putting the theory into practice before taking the exciting step of diving in the ocean.

On a different day within 2 weeks from your pool session, you will take what you've learned and apply that to your first dive in the beautiful Pacific Ocean guided by an experienced PADI instructor. The dive depth is limited to a maximum of 12m / 40ft, although you are not required to go to that depth.

We are committed to your learning, so if at the end of your Discover Scuba Diving Experience, you know that diving needs to be part of your life, Huatulco Dive Center will credit the cost of the Discover Scuba Diving towards your certification as an Open Water Diver certification, if taken with us within 12 months of your experience.
