Rescue Diver Certification Course
Consolidate everything that you have learned and increase your confidence and diving skills while engaging in lifesaving skills in the water. Your safety and that of your fellow divers is essential. The Rescue Diver course prepares you as a rescue diver with the ability to think and act at the right moment without risking your safety or that of others.
Learn and practice all the techniques at the surface and under the water. Your instructor will teach you to anticipate and resolve any problem you face. This course helps you grow as a diver and as a person and is the first step towards becoming a PADI Professional Diver.
Prerequisites: Adventure Diver/Junior Adventure Diver (or qualifying certification) with completed Underwater Navigation Dive; Emergency First Response (EFR) Primary and Secondary Care training or qualifying training within 24 months (Rescue Diver SILVER and GOLD Package includes EFR).

The Rescue Diver course will expand your knowledge and experience beyond the purely recreational level because you’ll learn to look beyond yourself and consider the safety and well-being of other divers.
Although this course is serious, it is an enjoyable way to build your confidence. The PADI Rescue Diver course prepares you to deal with dive emergencies, minor and major, using a variety of techniques.
Through knowledge development and rescue exercises, you learn what to look for and how to respond. During rescue scenarios, you put into practice your knowledge and skills.
Topics include self-rescue, recognizing and managing stress in other divers. Emergency management and equipment, rescuing panicked divers and unresponsive divers. Besides being one of the most interesting and challenging diving courses it is also one of the most fun and interactive courses we offer.
