CANCELLATION POLICY
In Huatulco Dive Center we have extensive planning and organizing go into our tours, therefore, it is essential that HDC is notified with at least 3 days of any cancellations in order to receive a full refund.
- In cancellations within the 3 days before the date of your service, we will charge the 50% of the total amount to your credit card.
- EVERY RESERVATION including dive packages and snorkeling will be fully payed on the first day of the service, and there is not refund in case of cancellations in the following days. In other words, you pay what you’ve booked.
- If customers do not show and they did a previous bank deposit of the 50%, we’ll keep it.
- Reprogramming your activities can be applied without additional cost as much as we have room available in the following days.
- Rains, cloudy weather, “choppy conditions” or poor visibility are not valid reason for cancellation by the client as long as the harbor is open and conditions are good and safe to perform activities.
- Prices subject to changes without previous notice.
- All prices include VAT.
- In case you require an invoice please notify in advance.
